NEW BESPOKE ROBOT CABINETS

The new steel Robot Cabinet from Pland, can be made to any size and spray paint finished to reflect any corporate colourways. It has been designed in standard panel sizes that simply bolt to tubular framing to wrap around a mechanical robot, protecting it from external dust and as a safety precaution for operatives.

The pictured example is made from mild steel, powder coated in a standard RAL colour. It stands 2.7m in height and each panel width is 925mm making it a total width of 4.0m (including the posts). Windows are clear Perspex but panels can come with or without windows and with lockable doors as options.  All cabinets can be provided with an enclosed roof and with apertures to suit extraction and ventilation as appropriate.  Cabinets are a special order and a drawing will be agreed upon prior to construction.  The pictured example was made to suit Pland’s own ABB robotic polisher.
