NMB Minebea UK - New washroom facility

In this facility, Leeds based manufacturer Pland, supplied two Fife trough urinals,  2400mm long and made from 304 grade stainless steel. These urinals are available as standard from 1200mm to 3050mm in length.  The Fife Trough urinal pack is supplied complete with plastic cistern, stainless steel sparge flushing pipe, the sparge locating below an integral valance and 2” domed plastic urinal waste. Multiple units and L-shaped configurations can be supplied and with a top or back inlet.

Two Venice Circular wash stations were also installed, each catering for 4-6 people at any one time. The Venice products have a radiused outer edge and are supplied on a pedestal with service access panels. The centre column contains a large refillable soap tank with plungers and features either hand operation with non-concussive taps, foot operated taps or sensor operation taps.  They are perfectly suited for any commercial washroom. The unit is pre-plumbed and fitted with a thermostatic mixer valve and a pressure reducing valve making the unit easy to install and commission. The base can be straight or in this case conical shaped and the soap tank takes any liquid soap. Here the unit was made with sensor taps, ideal as the ‘no-touch’ technology improves hygiene and reduces the spread of germs and bacteria. The taps are also highly efficient with low water usage reducing water cost and water heating energy costs and they also prevent scalding as the water temperature can be set using the thermostatic mixer valve.
